Board of Directors

The Board of Directors is elected through the democratic process by the member-owners of Open Harvest. Terms are three years. Dates after names indicate the year the directors were elected or appointed.

The Board of Directors usually meets the first Monday of the month at 5:30 pm at Irving Rec Center at 20th and Van Dorn Streets in Lincoln, Nebraska. Members are welcome to attend. If you would like to be on the agenda: please call Keith Dubas at: 402-438-0171.

Policy Governance

The Board of Directors of Open Harvest Cooperative uses Policy Governance to guide its work overseeing the store. Policy governance focuses the board's work on the ends, or what the overall goal of the store is, so the General Manager can determine the means to get to those ends.
