At Open Harvest, our mission has always been to serve our community by providing high quality products and supporting a fair local economy. To continue fulfilling this mission in an ever-changing economic landscape, you may notice some adjustments to pricing in the coming weeks.
From the increased costs of the products and ingredients we source, to the essential investments we’ve made in our dedicated team and new store, these changes reflect the rising costs of doing business today. Even so, raising prices is not something we ever do casually. Over the past months we’ve worked hard to control expenses, look for efficiencies, and delay adjustments as long as possible. And this work is never done. As a result, and in order to keep the co-op financially healthy and able to serve this community for years to come, some increases are now necessary.
We remain deeply committed to offering good value, exceptional service, supporting local producers, and keeping programs in place that help make healthy food more accessible. Caring for our community—customers, staff, and local vendors—remains central to every decision we make.
