Need to update the contact information listed on your Open Harvest Co-op Grocery owner account? Fill out the form below, and our team will update your information within a few days. Your information will remain private and will not be shared with any outside organizations.

In addition to basic contact information, we will ask about how you would like to receive information from us. If you don’t have a piece of information we are asking for—an email or phone number, for example—simply fill in “None.”
