FT Prepared Foods Coordinator
Our Food Service Department is in search of a dependable and hard-working individual to join our team.
The Prepared Foods Coordinator is responsible for leading the day-to-day operations of the kitchen and deli counter where responsibilities include ordering, staff training, merchandising, promotion planning, coordinating daily production, and providing excellent customer service. Ability to meet sales goals, manage profit margin, and manage inventory levels is required.
The ideal candidate must have food service experience, proven excellent customer service skills, knowledge and passion for food, the ability to work independently, solid communication skills, demonstrated leadership qualities, and the ability to multi-task. A current food handler’s permit is required.
This is a full-time (40 hours per week) position and requires a flexible schedule that includes morning, evening, and weekend availability. We offer health benefits, paid time off, and a 15% discount.
FT Lead Produce Clerk
Our Produce Department is in search of a reliable and hard-working individual to join our team.
The Lead Produce Clerk oversees the day-to-day flow of the department in the absence of the Produce Manager. These responsibilities include customer service, stocking, culling, receiving, and cashiering.
The ideal candidate will have experience with organic produce and natural foods, excellent customer service skills, the ability to work independently and with a sense of urgency, solid communication skills, demonstrated leadership qualities, creativity and eye for displays, and willing to bring a positive attitude every day.
This is a part-time (35 hours per week) position and requires a flexible schedule that includes morning, evening, and weekend availability.

Our cashiers are responsible for the grand finale of customer service at Open Harvest. Duties include accurate cash handling, customer service, and stocking. Our ideal candidate must be punctual, reliable, detail-oriented, and have a proven track record of excellent customer service.
PT Grocery Clerk
We are accepting applications for a part-time grocery clerk in our Grocery Department.
The responsibilities of a Grocery Clerk are to provide excellent customer service, cashier, unload trucks, and stock product as needed. The ideal candidate should have grocery or retail experience, excellent customer service skills, knowledge of organic and natural foods, the ability to work independently, great communication skills, ability to follow direction, a sense of urgency, and the ability to multi-task.
