Capital Campaign Coordinator

Open Harvest is in search of an energetic, reliable, community-driven individual to join our team.

The Capital Campaign Coordinator guides the overall member investment campaign–both the planning and implementation—working with our capital campaign consultant and reports to the General Manager. The coordinator will facilitate and organize the process from beginning to end, providing direction, support and encouragement to other members of the campaign team. The coordinator is also often responsible for organizing the strategy and approach to pursue large investments. Being the coordinator requires good communication and delegation.

The ideal candidate will have good communication and delegation skills. Experience should include public speaking, success in fundraising $1M+ projects, strategic planning and implementation, volunteer recruitment and supervision, and general public relations.

This is a part-time, temporary contract position. During the implementation phase of the campaign, the coordinator will be a 20-hour-per-week position.

PT Food Service Clerk 

Our Food Service Department is in search of a dependable, outgoing, and hard-working individual to join our team.

Our food service clerk is part of the Food Service Department, where main responsibilities include customer service, stocking, preparing made-to-order burritos, portioning food items per request, dishwashing, and uphold food safety standards in all food service areas. Our food service clerk is part of the Food Service Department, where main responsibilities include customer service, stocking, preparing made-to-order burritos, portioning food items per request, dishwashing, and uphold food safety standards in all food service areas.

The ideal candidate must have food service experience. Applicants must have proven excellent customer service skills, the ability to work independently, to follow directions, and demonstrate solid communication skills. A current prep cook food handler’s permit is required.

PT Bakery Clerk

Our Food Service Department is in search of a dependable, outgoing, and hard-working individual to join our team.

Our bakery clerk is part of the Food Service Department, where main responsibilities include food preparation and customer service.

The ideal candidate must have food service and commercial baking experience. Applicants must have proven excellent customer service skills; the ability to work independently, to follow directions, and complete a recipe with consistent results; and solid communication skills. A current prep cook food handler’s permit is required. 

This is a part-time (16 – 24 hours per week) position and requires a flexible schedule that includes morning, evening, and weekend availability.
