When you shop at our co-op from May 1 - 16, you have the opportunity to round up your grocery bill in support of HarvAid.

HarvAid is an employee assistance fund created to help Open Harvest employees who experience a financial crisis. Funds raised at the register during the first part of May will be deposited into the HarvAid fund and earmarked to support staff who are directly affected during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Case Order Discount

We are unable to accept special orders / case orders at this time due to the Supply Chain disruption caused by the ongoing COVID-19 situation.

OWNERS RECEIVE 15% OFF ON CASE ORDERS

Open Harvest gladly accepts special orders for case quantities of products regularly stocked on our shelves and items we don’t carry, depending on warehouse availability. Orders may be placed with any staff member.

Please keep in mind the following as you place your case order:

  • Owners receive 15% off retail price when pre-ordering a case.
  • Price estimates can be provided, but are subject to change.
  • Case orders are exempt from any further discounts.
  • The case discount cannot be applied to sale items (member sales, flash sales, etc.) or Co-op Basics items.
  • Case orders placed for sale items must be placed before the special order deadline posted on the community board.
  • We are unable to accept returns on case orders. Please make sure your order is correct upon checkout.
  • Once you have been notified about the order arrival, it must be picked up promptly.
