Media coverage plays a vital role in sharing the story of Open Harvest Co-op Grocery and the unique value the cooperative model brings to our community. We are committed to being transparent and responsive partners to the press.

To help us accommodate your schedule and provide accurate information, please follow the guidelines below:

All media requests, including interview inquiries and requests for official statements are to be managed by our General Manager. Please direct all communications to:

• Approval: All press releases, brand assets, or promotional materials must be reviewed and approved by the General Manager prior to publication.

On-Site Filming & Photography

To ensure a positive shopping experience for our member-owners and customers, prior permission is required for all photography or video recording both inside and outside the store premises. Please contact us in advance to coordinate a time that minimizes disruption to our daily operations.

Submission Requirements

We recognize that reporters often work on tight deadlines and we strive to acknowledge all requests as quickly as possible. To expedite your request, please include the following details in your initial outreach:

• The specific list of questions or the scope of the interview.
• Your firm deadline.
• The name of the publication and the intended air or publish date.
