Hello Open Harvest Family,

In our monthly Board meeting held on October 5th, 2022, the Board accomplished the following:

• We agreed to continue our relationship with our consultants, Columinate (also a co-op!)
• We conducted an annual review with our accountant 
• We revised our Board Code of Conduct to use gender neutral language 
• We added language to the Board Code of Conduct to hold board members more accountable
• We welcomed Kay Walter to fill the an open seat on the board 

Please feel free to join us the first Wednesday of every month on Zoom at 6pm to 8pm by signing up here. Our Diversity Equity and Inclusion committee is open to all members and community and meets the third Wednesday of the month at 7 pm over Zoom and members can sign up here.
